This Optional Service is recommended for Higher Value Items worth $500 or more and provides detailed photos and data for insurance purposes and valuation services. We photo your property assets and collect key data that will allow us to maximize its true value and protect you in the case of loss or if you are currently underinsured for that item.

We provide Valuation Services for using several different sources to establish the values of your Personal Property including:
- Insurance Actual Cash Value (ACV) is the amount equal to the replacement cost minus depreciation of the property at the time a loss. The actual value for which the property could be sold, which is always less than what it would cost to replace it.
- Insurance Replacement Cost Value is the amount paid to replace property or personal belongings without any deduction for depreciation.
- Financial Value of Tangible Personal Property this includes property (other than land or buildings) that you can see or touch – is a special asset class in many estates. Your tangibles include your jewelry, clothing, furniture, books, and other household items. Tangibles can have considerable financial value, especially in the case of antiques, sterling silver, rare stamp and coin collections, tapestries, paintings, and other works of art. We can provide a potential value of the item based on items of similar value being sold online. However if it is an item that could have gained significant value over time such as art and collectibles it is better to utilize our appraisal service
